Introducing our May 2020 Auction Sale

Welcome to this, our fourth auction catalogue of the year and our second sale to be conducted online.

As the prospects of lock-down ease, on our website you will be able to see the latest information we have available on every property on offer.  The sale does include a number of land lots and, subject to adhering to the government guidelines, you are welcome to go and look at these whenever you like.

This will be an online auction and I would urge you to register to bid as soon as possible.  Once you are registered we need to carry out a number of checks with you to comply with money laundering regulations, if you don’t register before the deadline there is a chance we won’t have time to carry out this process and you will miss the opportunity to bid.  Of course, you can also bid via telephone or proxy so please select a bidding option that you are most comfortable with.

Every lot has the name of the sales person dealing with it and the contacts at the front of the catalogue will provide their email addresses.  On this website, you will also find their direct dial contact against each lot and your call will go to wherever they are working remotely.

As this is an online auction, each lot generally takes longer to sell so we have divided the sale across two days.  Once you are registered, you can bid on any lot you like, without limitation or having to pay a deposit or security up front.

As to viewings, the situation may change during the marketing period so, if you would like to view a property please email the sales person dealing with it, they will log your request and if and when possible we will arrange, with suitable social distancing, a viewing for you but you will appreciate, this cannot be guaranteed.

With very little else happening in the property sector, I hope you enjoy this catalogue and find lots of interest!  I won’t be able to welcome you to the venue on auction day but still wish you the very best of luck with your bidding.

We very much look forward to welcoming you back to our venue sales when it’s safe to do so, in the meantime, stay safe and stay well.
