Introducing our March Auction

Wishing you a very warm welcome to our second auction sale catalogue of 2019 and the exciting launch of our new website. 

Whilst some will always want to read the printed catalogue we can display so much more information on the internet and our site is fully interactive. To use it at its maximum capabilities you will need to register so I would encourage everyone to become a registered user and start enjoying the functionality that this site has to offer.

Briefly reflecting on our sale held on 4th February, it is clear that we started the year with a resurgence of buyer appetite. This is very evident for properties located especially in Greater London where, compared to our sales in the later part of 2018, London based properties in the February sale saw far greater buyer interest. Viewing numbers were up, legal pack downloads were up and, competitive bidding was evident for lots especially in this locality. 

I simply put this down to astute buyers recognising that prices have fallen in recent months and, whilst borrowing rates remain low, are “calling the bottom of the market” now rather than risking the much expected post Brexit bounce in activity which of course will inevitably drive up prices. Similar to our February sale this catalogue contains a huge array of over 200 lots with properties located throughout the UK for owner/occupiers, developers, investors and indeed one or two speculative purchase opportunities. 

I hope you enjoy reading through this catalogue whether in its paper form or on this website and of course, it is essential that you carry out all your enquiries and due diligence prior to the attending the auction and bidding.
