Advice for Property Viewers

A number of properties will have a Video/Virtual Tour available to view on each individual lot details.

We recommend that you watch these on any property that you are interested in prior to visiting the properties in person.

Whilst Barnard Marcus make every effort to ensure the safety and security of viewers, we have not carried out a detailed Health & Safety inspection of properties in our auctions and cannot therefore guarantee the safety and security of viewers. Viewers attend properties entirely at their own risk. Particular care should be taken when accessing cellars, attics, exterior grounds and outbuildings and boundaries.                                                                             

Your assistance in helping us ensure the safety of all our customers and contractors is much appreciated, please do not ask our contractors to change these arrangements under any circumstances.

Finally, please be patient if you are asked to wait outside the property before entering. These procedures are in place to afford you the opportunity to inspect the property in the safest way possible and are in line with guidelines issued.
